If the data is stored “on premise”, all the necessary infrastructure for server, storage and network belong to the customer. It can be quoted separately if desired. After the software is activated with the agreement of the customer, all renewals, bugfix operations and maintenance are carried out free of charge for one year. If after one year the customer wishes to continue using these services, they can extend it with an annual license agreement.
