Manual & Fully Autonomous Drone Inventory Solutions for Warehouses
We use industrial drones with 21 sensors and cameras developed for interior use in the flights.
Inventories are carried out with industrial cameras placed on drones.
These cameras are able to capture images with the method of video recognition and they learn which object to detect, track and convert into numerical values thanks to Machine Learning algorithms.
The inventory infrastructure is set up in the field.
- The system is capable of tracking 2 drones at the same time.
- It works over Wi-Fi. Its coverage is 1 km.
The flight is performed by an experienced pilot.
The drone first defines the address barcode information, then the Pallet barcode identifies the SU information.
It sends the defined data to the system via Wi-Fi. The system transforms the data into meaningful information in an excel format.
With 8-hour working capacity, it is possible to identify between 3800 and 5000 addresses and its pallet barcode information, depending on the order in the field.
The results are instantly shared with the ERP of the institution via e-mail.
- If desired, with an integration with ERP, inventories can be automatically shared in ERP.
If desired, the entire inventory setup is installed with a fully autonomous infrastructure based on the infrastructure and needs of the warehouse.
